This session of 60 mins led by Deborah Claire Procter is to give you simple tools to know how to warm up and protect your voice so that you enjoy using it as a business tool.
There will be 10 minutes after the session to ask questions.
At the end there will be a chance to ask questions.
Online session; you will be sent a link to attend online. You need to be connected so that you are able to see and hear but you do not need to use your own video.

Simple exercises will give you greater control over your voice and will range from a mix of mindset, visualisations, mental preparation, martial arts techniques, breathing, and posture work.
