FEEDBACK FROM CLIENTS WHO ARE GETTING GREAT RESULTS IN THEIR BUSINESS & PERSONAL LIVES
"Deborah has a unique approach to what she does in her coaching. Her diverse background that has a high degree of creativity in it, enables her to help find surprise and delight in all that she trains and coaches.
If you are looking for someone to walk alongside you and share in the sheer excitement of the journey as much as the destination then Deb is the coach for you. I highly recommend her and hope that you get to experience her immeasurably wonderful outlook on life and all the experiences that it brings to us. She helped me in my business and I will work with her again when the next project that requires her help lands in the business." Rory Berry - Speaker, Coach, Trainer, Play Advocate |
"I worked with Deborah for a month learning the ins and outs of how to take advantage of LinkedIn and came away with a really fantastic understanding of how to take full advantage of this platform. Her personable approach to serving as a mentor in this regard made all of the difference. Just like any good coach, she showed me how to pay attention to the details and basic fundamentals that are so important in anything. If you are looking for great advice and support on how to use this platform, look no further. You will have learned how to get around the the obstacles you are given, how to work with them and even how to fix them. Most importantly, you will walk away with a more selective eye and a more creative one.."

"Life was interesting and all over the place! I felt frustrated at not getting where I wanted to go with my work. In fact, I was all over the place and not going anywhere!
Deborah gave me space to rearrange my thoughts and see things from a slightly different angle. This helped me to create a focused and simplified plan of action. I am more aware that sometimes all we need is space to shift and sort thoughts in order to see the bigger picture and take step-by-step actions." Kay Newton - Author, Speaker & Coach |
"Deborah is a gem to work with. It's clear she wants me to succeed, from the top of her head to the bottom of her heart. On the biggest level, she's kind, attentive, and stays in touch, sharing new people or ways to broaden my connections. She brings the details, too, with her coaching and skills in NLP, marketing, and the arts. She's helped me deepened my hypnosis ability, get more comfortable speaking, and learned ways to make LinkedIn and speaker summits work for me. She's a joy!."

"I've just completed six months of very helpful, as well as delightful coaching with Deborah. She guided me through the confusing waters of entrepreneurship, offering insights, strategies and practical next steps.
Specifically during our work together I was finally able to feel confident enough to launch my newsletter, expand my website and get myself interviewed on a radio show. As a result of her creative perspective and gift for coloring outside of the lines, she expanded my notions about what I could accomplish; I am forever grateful." "Deborah's playfully radical approach to using intuition and metaphor helped open up dimensions of self that were latent but comparatively unrealised. Her work infused me with the confidence to explore imagination and visualisation in ways that I had always previously held back from. The processes she facilitated for the group I was working with were loose, open-ended and fun, as well as genuinely revealing."

"Deborah has a deep knowledge, and extensive experience in the practice of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and other related mindset techniques. In working with a group of actors with stage fright during a research project at Aberystwyth University she was able, in the course of only a few days, to help the actors make improvements in their performance comfort levels. Her written report on the project was included in Observing Theatre: Spirituality and Subjectivity in the Performing Arts (Brill | Rodopi, 2013).."

"Deborah joined Chwarae Teg's exciting Women in Enterprise programme in 2001 and was one of the first trainers we took on. Deborah's approach to enterprise was around building confidence and aspiration through a range of innovative training sessions."

"I am now in my 50s and until recently, when I had a session with Deborah, had a great deal of difficulty with background noise, such as traffic noise, people talking, people moving about, TVs and radios. I couldn't work or sleep or think if I could hear such noise, even if it was quiet by most people's standards. I was completely unable to 'screen it out' in fact I now realise that I was doing the exact opposite and would find myself 'zooming in' on a very faint noise, trying to make sense of it. I'd lie awake in bed for hours, waiting for the TV to stop; when trying to work any disturbance that spoiled my concentration would just make me angry because I'd have to start again to get back to where I was thinking before. I was told that NLP would allow me to negotiate with myself to dismiss background noise as unimportant and just not worth listening to.
At the time I didn't understand the 'negotiate' bit, but I do now because that is exactly what happens. Now I'm in control I can just decide not to listen. Background noises are still disturbing, but not to anything like the same extent and I am substantially more tolerant. The NLP process itself was simple and straightforward, no mumbo jumbo or swinging watches. I'd call it dreamy suggestion. Hearing positive calm affirming words about my own ability to deal with the problem while half asleep. There was no question of giving up control of myself to someone else, in fact I kept wanting to burst out laughing! I'd definitely recommend it." Richard J - Engineer |
